DeuxMoi Made Me Do It…a restaurant guide for millennials
Pastis
French Bistro in the Meatpacking District
Not only is Pastis mentioned in the Gotham Magazine article as one of DeuxMoi’s favorite NYC restaurants…it is also regularly mentioned in ‘Sunday Spotted’ and frequently tagged as the location with a #DeuxMoiMadeMeDoIt post.
Even Barbie is a regular at Pastis…and it makes sense.
Pastis is favorably rated on Google with over 1.5k reviews and an average of 4.5 stars. Pricing is ranked $$$ (expensive) with most starters and salads costing around $20 and meals ranging from $30-$65. Draft beers are $12. Cocktails are between $16-$18. Very large selection of wines available (prices vary). You can view the menu here.
If you want to try Pastis without breaking the bank…consider going for brunch with a group of friends. You can order and share a cheese plate, pastries, pancakes, an omelette and grilled chicken sandwich. That way you can try a little of everything without having to commit to one or two things on the menu. If you want to step it up a notch or in the celebratory mood… ‘Pastis Mimosa’ also available for the table.
Although I highly recommend making a reservation at Pastis via Resy here…you can also order for pick-up or for delivery via their website.
