New York, prepare your wallets and your blenders: Drugstore, the Los Angeles-born wellness café known for its $20 smoothies, is coming to the West Village. The buzzy concept from restaurateur Jeremy Fall is opening its first permanent New York City location on November 14, 2026, at 172 West Fourth Street.
And no, despite the name, you won’t be picking up prescriptions. Unless your doctor has prescribed collagen, turmeric, and a very expensive breakfast.
$20 Smoothies and a Dose of Wellness
Drugstore first built its following through pop-ups, including a summer residency in Amagansett, before appearing at Brooklyn’s Time Out Market and collaborating with Adidas and Pharrell’s Humanrace in SoHo.
Now, the brand is trading temporary appearances for a permanent Manhattan address. Its signature approach combines functional ingredients with the sort of carefully branded wellness experience that makes drinking your supplements feel like a lifestyle choice.
Among the menu highlights is the Golden Glow smoothie, featuring ginger, turmeric, lion’s mane, and collagen. The café will also offer all-day breakfast, breakfast burritos, vegan chorizo shawarma wraps, sipping broths, and frozen kefir.
For those who prefer hydration with a little nostalgia, a Gatorade-inspired drink served in reusable bottles is also on the menu.
A West Village Café With Athletic-Club Energy
Designed by Kevin Cimini of March Made, the new Drugstore space takes inspiration from 1980s athletic clubs. Expect mosaic tiles, stainless-steel details, and mirrored ceilings that give the café a distinctive, almost underwater atmosphere.
The concept aims to feel less like a traditional pharmacy and more like a neighborhood wellness hangout—with considerably more smoothie blending.
When Does Drugstore Open in NYC?
Mark your calendars for November 14, 2026. Drugstore will open at 172 West Fourth Street, with reported hours of Wednesday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Whether you’re a dedicated wellness enthusiast or simply curious about the city’s latest premium smoothie obsession, Drugstore is poised to become another talking point in Manhattan’s ever-expanding health-conscious food scene.
Your morning smoothie just got a West Village address—and a decidedly ambitious price tag.
