New York City’s office lunch scene is getting a French makeover—and thankfully, it doesn’t involve another $30 salad.

Maison Amie, a new Manhattan catering concept founded by Audrey Granjon, is bringing artisanal French finger sandwiches to New York, with a mission to make business lunches, meetings and events considerably more stylish—and significantly less messy.

The idea came from Granjon’s own frustration with corporate catering. After years in the business world, she found herself surrounded by the usual giant trays of sandwiches and salads that were either too heavy, too messy or simply didn’t match the room. So she decided to build something that did.

Enter Maison Amie.

The SoHo-based company specializes in individually crafted finger sandwiches and elegant catering boxes, designed for everything from office lunches and client meetings to baby showers and celebrations. Orders are currently available for delivery across NYC, with at least 48 hours’ advance notice requested.

The menu is basically a greatest-hits album of tiny sandwiches. There’s cucumber with mayonnaise and chives, classic egg salad, goat cheese with honey and walnut, Comté, crunchy chicken, roast beef, turkey and Swiss, tuna, smoked salmon and PB & jam. Prices for individual “fingers” start around $5.50, while curated boxes start at $45.

Maison Amie is already serving Manhattan, making this less of a traditional restaurant opening and more of a new NYC food delivery and catering arrival.

And honestly, it may be exactly what your next meeting needs.

Because if New York is going to spend three hours discussing a PowerPoint, everyone deserves a tiny sandwich while doing it.
