Pacific Palisades is getting a new restaurant with a name that basically translates to “go for it”—and Nancy Silverton appears to be taking that advice quite literally.
Spacca Tutto, the new Italian-American steakhouse from the James Beard Award-winning chef behind chi SPACCA, is set to become one of the biggest new restaurant openings at the rebuilt Palisades Village.
The concept combines Silverton’s Italian cooking with the swagger of a classic American steakhouse. Translation: expect serious beef, plenty of wine and enough carbs to make your personal trainer question your life choices.
The menu is expected to feature a broad steak program spanning different cuts, breeds and ages, alongside seafood, seasonal vegetables, salads and steakhouse staples. Early details also point to dishes connected to Silverton’s chi SPACCA, including Focaccia di Recco and Chicken Pot Pie.
And then there is the wine.
Spacca Tutto’s wine program has been announced with nearly 250 Italian and domestic labels, giving diners plenty of opportunities to make the phrase “just one glass” wildly unrealistic. The restaurant will also feature cocktails and a bar menu designed for smaller bites.
Designed by AvroKO, the restaurant is planned at roughly 3,000 square feet, with an additional 1,500-square-foot patio and bar area. The space is intended to feel polished without losing the neighborhood energy of a restaurant people might actually want to frequent regularly.
There is one small catch for eager diners: Spacca Tutto is not yet open. The original announcement targeted August 2026, but the restaurant missed Palisades Village’s August reopening. More recent information has pointed toward a fall opening.
So, if you have been waiting for the next big Pacific Palisades restaurant opening, keep Spacca Tutto on the list. Steak, Italian food, 250 wines and Nancy Silverton? Yeah, this one is going to require pants with an elastic waistband.
