Thursday nights are about to get a serious upgrade.
Starting October 8, COTE Korean Steakhouse – Flatiron and COTE Miami are launching Industry Night, giving restaurant and hospitality professionals a very good reason to stop pretending Thursday is just another work night.
Every Thursday from 10 p.m. to midnight, COTE Flatiron and COTE Miami will be serving up an after-hours celebration built specifically for the people who spend the rest of the week feeding, serving and entertaining everyone else.
And let’s be honest: if anyone deserves a late-night steak, it’s the people who just survived service.
COTE is already famous for combining the energy of a Korean barbecue restaurant with the indulgence of a classic American steakhouse. Expect premium meats, Korean-inspired banchan, cocktails and the kind of lively atmosphere that makes “just one drink” an objectively unreliable statement.
For Industry Night, the late-night timing is part of the appeal. 10 p.m. to midnight means hospitality workers can actually make it after a shift rather than arriving just as the kitchen is closing. Revolutionary concept: a nightlife event that understands restaurant hours.
The launch on October 8 also lands perfectly as NYC heads deeper into fall and Miami continues doing what Miami does best—refusing to acknowledge that summer is supposed to end.
Whether you’re a chef, bartender, server, sommelier, manager, hotel professional or simply someone who knows how difficult restaurant life can be, COTE’s Industry Night is designed to bring the hospitality community together over food, drinks and a little well-earned fun.
And there is something particularly satisfying about the concept.
The people who spend their nights making sure everyone else has a great time finally get their own reservation.
So mark Thursday, October 8, and remember the hours:
10 p.m. to midnight. Every Thursday.
Because after service, it’s your turn to be served.
