New York City is about to become one giant dining room. The New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) is returning this fall, bringing some of the biggest names in food, wine and hospitality together for four days of tastings, parties, chef dinners and enough good food to make your regular dinner plans feel slightly embarrassing.

The 2026 NYC Wine & Food Festival runs October 15 through October 18, with more than 50 food and wine experiences happening throughout the city. The festival’s main hub will be at the South Street Seaport and Pier 17, giving attendees plenty of waterfront scenery to go along with their Champagne and carbs.

One of the biggest draws is the festival’s Grand Tasting, where guests can sample food from chefs and restaurants while exploring a huge selection of wines and other drinks. This year’s lineup includes chefs such as Marcus Samuelsson, Ayesha Nurdjaja and Michael Symon.

But the NYC Wine & Food Festival is much more than one giant tasting.

The 2026 schedule includes the Blue Moon Burger Bash, hosted by Rachael Ray and Bert Kreischer; New York After Dark, featuring chef Kwame Onwuachi and DJ D-Nice; The Cookout, celebrating Black culinary culture; and Flavors of Bollywood, hosted by Maneet Chauhan and Vijay Kumar. There’s also FoodieCon, a summit focused on food culture and digital creators.

For New Yorkers who treat restaurants as a competitive sport, it’s basically four days of edible FOMO.

Tickets are available for individual events, so you don’t necessarily have to commit your entire weekend—or your entire paycheck—to participate.

And considering NYC already has more restaurants than most people can visit in a lifetime, having dozens of chefs and food experiences gathered in one festival is basically the city’s version of a buffet.

Come hungry. Leave happy. Possibly loosen your belt.
