New York City’s latest wellness obsession has officially made its way to Miami, and Coconut Grove is getting the first taste. Bonberi, the trendy NYC organic market known for its wellness-focused food and smoothies, has teamed up with Sadelle’s Coconut Grove for a new permanent menu that includes grass-fed frozen yogurt, matcha and nutrient-packed smoothies.
The collaboration may sound like an unlikely marriage between New York wellness culture and Miami indulgence, but it actually makes perfect sense. Sadelle’s is already famous for its over-the-top brunches, bagel towers and smoked fish spreads. Now, diners can follow all that with frozen yogurt and pretend the meal was healthy all along.
The new Major Wellness menu was created by Bonberi founder Nicole Berrie and features grass-fed frozen yogurt made without artificial ingredients, dyes, refined sugars, seed oils or what the brand calls “weird gums.” The menu also includes smoothies and matcha lattes, giving Coconut Grove another reason to embrace Miami’s increasingly wellness-obsessed dining scene.
Bonberi’s arrival comes as frozen yogurt is experiencing a major comeback. Once synonymous with Pinkberry, Yogurtland and mall food courts, froyo is suddenly cool again, with newer brands emphasizing protein, probiotics, premium ingredients and social-media-friendly toppings.
The Coconut Grove collaboration also follows a growing wave of frozen-yogurt openings in Miami, including Greek yogurt concepts that have helped turn the neighborhood into something of a froyo battleground.
Located at Sadelle’s, 3321 Mary Street, the Bonberi collaboration is available daily while supplies last.
So, Miami, your next wellness crisis has arrived—and thankfully, it comes with a spoon.
