New York City is getting a little bit country—and then immediately putting a giant bass drop behind it.

On Saturday, November 28, 2026, Boots N Beats x Deerock is bringing a night of country-meets-EDM to Irving Plaza at 17 Irving Place. The 21+ event promises cowboy hats, country hits and electronic beats in what may be the most New York way possible to go country.

The evening starts with 30 minutes of live country music from Jack Wilder, before New York-based DJ and producer Deerock takes over with an EDM set built around mashups of familiar country songs. The country EDM portion is scheduled to kick off around 10:45 p.m., meaning there will be plenty of time to locate your boots before things get loud.

Deerock has become one of the more recognizable names in the growing country EDM crossover, with performances alongside artists including Loud Luxury, Two Friends and Audien, plus appearances at festivals such as Stagecoach and Electric Daisy Carnival. His music has also racked up more than 232 million streams across major platforms.

The event is presented by Weber Ranch Agave Vodka, adding another ingredient to the evening’s particular recipe: country music, electronic dance beats and plenty of reasons to yell “yee-haw” at inappropriate volume.

Doors open at 9 p.m., with the show beginning at 10 p.m.

And honestly, country EDM feels perfectly suited to NYC right now. The city has already embraced everything from honky-tonk parties to Western fashion, so putting a DJ behind a country playlist was practically inevitable.

November 28 at Irving Plaza is your chance to experience the crossover firsthand.

Just remember: cowboy boots are optional. Dancing badly is not.
